This isn’t some overhyped, Instagrammable palace. No, this is Provence—raw, fragrant, and unapologetically real. Château De Montcaud is where you escape to taste life, not just live it.

The Château de Montcaud dates back to 1848. It was built by silk merchant Alexandre Collain, but it was renovated in 2018. Perched in a sprawling park, it’s a place where Michelin-starred meals are served without pretense, and the wine flows like poetry.

Sit under century-old trees with a glass of Châteauneuf-du-Pape in hand, while the cicadas provide the soundtrack.

Explore lavender fields and Roman ruins by day, then retreat to a room that feels like home—if home were a 19th-century Provençal dream.
